Samburu Girls is an organization that fights harmful traditional practices that affect the girl child among the Nomadic pastoralist communities. Samburu Girls Foundation, (SGF) is a Kenyan non-profit whose primary work is to rescue girls from child-marriage, beading and FGM.
In partnership with Samburu Girls Foundation (SGF), a Kenyan non-profit organization dedicated to combating harmful traditional practices affecting girls within Nomadic pastoralist communities, our team embarked on a mission-driven project to develop a transformative online platform.
At the heart of SGF’s mission lies the imperative to rescue girls from the perils of child marriage, beading, and female genital mutilation (FGM). Through the creation of a bespoke website, we endeavored to amplify SGF’s impact by providing a digital hub for advocacy, support, and awareness.
The website serves as a beacon of hope and empowerment, offering resources, educational materials, and avenues for support to those affected by harmful practices. With a focus on user-centric design and intuitive navigation, the platform facilitates seamless access to vital information and resources for girls, families, and stakeholders alike.
