Marakwet Highland Farmers Association (MHFA) is a farmer organization operating in Marakwet East and West sub-counties of Elgeyo-Marakwet County. Specifically, the coverage includes the following wards: Kapyego, Lelan, Moiben/Kuserwo, Cherangany/Cheborowa and Sengwer.
